This fee is non-refundable.Walk-In Camping Reservation Fee: There is a $3.00 transaction fee for each walk-in camping registration, in addition to the nightly campsite fee. Cancellation Fee: There is a $9.00 fee to cancel any reservations. This is in addition to any penalty fees/charges. Change/Transfer Fee: There is a $9.00 fee to make changes to the site or dates of a reservation. Gillette Castle Tour Ticket Transaction / Cancellation Fee: There is a $2.00 fee to purchase tour tickets for Gillette Castle. A $2.00 fee will also be subtracted from any refunds.

Gillette Castle Tour Ticket Cancellation PolicyTour tickets may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date. Reserve America will issue a full refund less the non-refundable transaction fee ($2.00) and a $2.00 cancellation fee.Parking Pass and Day Pass Cancellation PolicyNo refunds, cancellations, changes or transfers are allowed for car passes or day passes.There are no refunds within seven days of a scheduled tour. Transfers: Tour tickets may be transferred to other dates/times up to two days prior to the scheduled tour at no charge. |
